I just left for 11 days, camelips, and a week will be no problem.
First, transplant to at least a 3 gallon container at least a week before you leave.
Plan your waterings out so you cna hit a dry plant with a really good saturation the day you leave.
I was gone so long I cut my 12/12 back two hours to 10/14. Im guessing that bought me a couple of days by itself in delayed growth/water uptake.
There are other ways, like drip systems, perlite beds, wick systems.

Yeah, vegetative stage. Got it. Sorry. Cut your lights back to 18/6. Many recommend that lighting cycle anyway for vegetative growth. That combined with a transplant to a larger planter (assuming theyre in a small one)will do you fine for a week

I was gone for a week with great results!

I had 2 plants, about 6-7 inches high. I transplanted them into 8" pots(soilless mix) and flushed them(I was having nute/water problems). I cut the lights to 19/5. When I got back, they had doubled in height and more than doubled in bulk. I also had a stupid drip system setup using some tubing and a water jug that I siliconed the tube to. It didn't work very well, though, so I wouldn't recommend it.
