![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Hello Chief. I finally finished my filter and have it installed with the blower. ACF/Blower I have had the blower runing for the last week without the filter, for air flow in my flower room. I was waiting for the carbon to get here. After installing the filter and sealing every thing up tight there was a minimal drag on the blower and no real increase in noise from the blower. I was real happy with that. The larger filter and adequate air intake helped out a lot with the noise Problem. So for my input: The blower is a winner with me. Thank you for the Idea. Best $40 bucks I have spent so far. One other thing, It also kicked some A$$ as an air mover in my apt this summer. Kept me nice and cool. Best Regards ![]() Retired?

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I had to add this piece to my room because of the usfulness of the entire unit It can move great amounts of air and has 2 grounded sockets to boot. I use one for my humidifier. Who knows what will be next for the Stanley Blower.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Retired?; I happy to know that you are pleased,,,, so far I haven’t seen any negative feedback on the blower, and for the money, it’s quite a buy……. I had to look back to see when I installed mine,,, it’s been running non-stop for 5 months without any hint of a problem so far……. Profound; Another happy camper……. Everyone else; If you’ve tried it, let us know what you think…… There has to be someone out there that didn’t find it to their standards? Chief

![]() | I agree, I'm going on 4 months now, with no problems. I have it set on the lowest setting, and its been running 12 hours a night. With the cooler temps as we move into the fall season I've been turning it off occasionally, so I can regulate the temp to be closer to 73* all the time. good stuff for $40. | ||

This thing can't be "that" good............ I'm venting all of the heat generated by the light, and the multiple areas with it, and it don't complain............ It must just be that it is a newer to the market,,,, otherwise someone would have something negative to say about it by now........... Chief

I saw this thread and went shopping a while back....although I did not find the stanley (out of stock, pot smokers scooped em) I did find two Honeywell turbo fans that are 10 inches in diameter and have three speeds also. I have had troubles keeping my flowering temps in the lows 80's for some time and needed a boost THEN. I ended up buying the fans, 2 per box @ 35.00 was a steal. I used your idea but a different fan and fashioned some ducting that tapers from the fan diameter to my original exhaust. On low speed the fan moves waaay more air and is soo much quieter than the dayton. I still have 2 more faster speeds but have not needed them as temps are now 80 on the dot with indoor temps at 72-75. I think your idea was grand , especially as it saves compared to the standard exhaust blowers and we home growers are penny pinchers! If you guys cannot find the Stanley, look for the Honeywell as a good alternative.Quest

Luckily, odors are not a bother for me. My house, in the country, closest neighbor is 1/2 mile. Any visitor is invited so I choose my invites well! I imagine it would do fine if hooked into a scrubber, but have none myself. What odors I do have are exhausted directly to the outside, inside a chain link fence with several large canines....so far they have not complained... !I DO want a stanley(jus because) and I figure they'll have em again soon but the honeywell does a better job than my dayton double...not even close to comparing and is certainly not near as load either! The price astounded me.....now I just want to see how long it lasts. So far, about three months nonstop and no troubles...........yet! Quest
