I am setting up a freezer to grow in. 400 Watt is at the top. I have several questions. First, where do I put the
intake fan, at the light level or at the bottom of the
freezer? Do I have an air exhaust opening also and where do
I put it? And finally where do I put the CO2 line in the
freezer. I understand that CO2 is cold so keep this in mind. Also what do you use the get the best spread for CO2?
All there is one 1/4 inch hose. Thanks to all of you that
respond.

Sorry but I Don't think I can answer your questions, but I would like to say I think this is a great idea I've thought of this myself, I think a fridge would work good also. Please keep use posted on how it turns out.

As smokinrav pointed out there have been several threads about fridge growing. you can use the search feature to find them.

And as S2 said.....exhaust at the top( heat rises) and intake from the bottom.

Unless ALL your other conditions are at optimal...CO2 is a waste of time.

Hello Fighter,

The links below go through setting up and using a refrigerator. I had a 250wHPS.

Ventilation was a problem, but keeping it hidden shouldn't be that bad. I just didn't feel like messing around any more and the plants got ahead of me.

Remove as much of the original hardware as possible. Not only will it be easier to move you'll also have a chance to find the best places for holes. There may also be insulation that can be removed.

sup cockfighter I once found instructions and picture of how to grow using a fridge but I lost the site. If you know of the site im talking about would be great cause it shows how to use a fridge and where to put what where thanks and good luck.
