im bored and stoned and decided to start a construction jounal. my current grow is finishing up right now under 2400 watts hid(2 1000 watt hps , 400 watt mh,floros on walls)..i dont count the floros as they are pretty much useless...1 more week on these girls...

int he next 2 weeks or so im going to be making additions and improvements on the room. finally my veg/clone room will be ready, and i will have a 2 month cycle under way feeding the flower room with clones.

flower room now
2-1000 watt hps
1-400 watt mh
floros on wall
dayton 465...hooked up to both 1k's
mylar all around
oscilating fan
2 turbogarden ebb n flow trays
carbon filter w/ fan

with the flower room im removing the 400 watt and replacing with another 1000 hps. im getting another dayton 465 so two of the lights will be on 1, and the middle one will have its own. im using these two trays for the veg room starting next grow...these will be replaced with a 24 bucket ebbflow system using a control unit, and a 55 gallon res. im also putting a 9000 btu air conditioner in there as well, and also a humidifier to keep humidity and temps optimal. im also tyding up some things, such as possible light leaks, including putting a plywood door to the entrance into flower room.

maintence room(middle)

nothing more in here than some high times covers on the wall, and my hanna tri meter. this is where the resevoir will be for the new system..all electricals in here, and all my chemicals. im only adding a few thigns in here, but these are essential, atleast for my setup. ive already just added a drain pipe, out of copper, from inside the maint. room, to my slopsink, which is roughly 20 feet away, and out of the grow box obviously. ive tested it , no leaks, and it works like a charm. this way when im doing res. changes, i dont have to pump into 5 gallon buckets and manually take the buckets to the sink, its a pain in the ass and when all said and done, ive got some big puddles on my floor this way i can just hook pump from resevoir to drain pipe, and it goes straight from res..to the sink. now heres the sweet part, fillin res's is also a pain in the ass, i have to fill each 5 gallon and dump..and repeat process...and ive only had 32 gallons at each fill, so 55 would suck worse. im also tying in off my sink copper to put a hot and cold water line in there joining at 1 piece of copper (like a sink) .. this way to clean the res, i can just pump water in as its pumping it out, quickly and eventually only having plain water in there....as it recyles. Never again do i have to deal with buckets.

lastly the veg/clone room. like i said before im putting the 400 watter in here for short veg cycles of the clones ill be taking. on a back ledge will be 2 prop trays n domes under floros, for rooting the cuttings, as soon as they root they are going to go in the two trays i already have under the 400...vegging for a short time. possibly if i have room ill be keeping a mother plant. i can also empty these res's and fill from right where they are. there will also be a wooden door on its room as well. a humidifer is goin to be necessary in here as well. im not ventilating this room in any way shape or form, as the 400 watt mh barely puts out much heat, and with the flower room not far away, about 70-76 degrees, the slight rise in the veg room will be good.

as for pictures ill post them when its all done...look on my journal to see the current setup and pics...
