going out to get a 2 and 4 inch bit right now for the ventilation holes and the duct
Don't spend a lot of money on tools you will be using ONLY FOR THIS BUILD. You can double your budget!! also I drilled 2" vent holes. I later found that a bunch more 1" holes were a lot more efficient, Because depending on the shape of your container a lot of those 2" holes are practically uesless, being covered by container, UNLESS you plan to lift the container off the floor and to be honest in a build like this, head room is at a premium B4 U start..

If I were you I would opt for 1" holes all way around the paremeter of the cab spaced about 1/2" apart. that will work out better for you in the long run. Just be sure any holes along the front are within the light trap and not shining out onto the floor in front of the cab!!

1" holes, alright. i really had no idea i was just like hm and decided 2 inches looked a good size.

got the lamp secured in place.
i took one of the metal bars from how the light was orignaly setup in the whole wall mount thing, and bent it, drilled it ans scrwed everything down into place.

im kind of a lazy/anxios person so i decided to just tape the globe in place using my aluminum tape... and it seems to hold fine, i may clamp it later.

....now the completed cool tube with the ligth fired up!

edit: argh i didnt know that you only have a certain period of time to edit a post. i wanted to add some more supplies to the first post :/
