ventilation

For now with the small plants I am using a regular fan with the door open but I plan on getting some nice computer fans soon and installing them I am thinking 2 80mm for intake one in the middle and one toward the bottom then for exhaust I am thinking of a 120mm comop fan with a homemade carbon filter for smell. For the box being small and the light not putting off much heat I think this should be sufficient.

i would try to put the exhaust up top so it can remove as much heat as possible. after all.....heat rises.

exhaust

I was thinking intakes bottom and middle going up and then the exhaust at the top back of the box and am considering after some thought of going with 2 exhaust also. may have to have this grow with the trusty box fan and just really watch it when it comes to flower time, can't be having any leaks for those dark times.

get some wind on them to tuffen them up or they will tip over

with only a few seedlings at this stage of growing thier really is no need for growcabs or HID lighting.

the first 3 weeks a few cfl,s 6500k a small fan and a airwick air freshner is all you need to grow a healthy stockey plant. than break out the HID's and carbon filters

What are you going to do when the plant get bigger? They are gonna hit the lights real fast seems to me. You won't be able to move the light or the plants away from the lights Or are you planning on removing them?

i still have a hard time understanding why some insist on growing in small boxes. there is nothing stelthy about a totaly out of place box with 3 extention cords, odd openings, weard sounds, unexplaned lite beams coming from it, seems to create its own wind and heat, dosent quite fit in with the dunkin fife credenza, and it smells funny. if my old man came over and i had one of thies cabs in the room it would be the first thing he would notice. a locked closet
he has seen before.

clean out the closet and get a lock for the door.
