I am currently using 78watts of CFL but will be doubling this tomorrow. - 156 total watts on one plants. Approx when should I start flowering? I know the answers arent solid but just not sure if it is something I should be worrying about anytime soon. Thanks!

choosing a mom soon

started with my 20 seed ended up with 16

taking weekly notes to choose best phyno for mom

noticeable differences in plants - early veg stage
example:

one plant has fat big palm shaped leaves while some others are justas bushy and healthy looking but the size of the leaves much smaller- just as many nodes and bud sites - just sun leaves are half as big

im going with sog -do you think smaller leaves might be an advantage as to shade less on lower plant in tight fitted area?

also noticed some have tree trunk stalks while others are much les thick, does that indicate anything

root growth is very good on all types

I am growing 2 plants right now. I want male and female.

I want the male to pollinate the female so I get more seeds because I only got these seeds as a joke(2) which I decided If i like it I will grow/smoke more.

If the female gets the seeds on her, can I still smoke the bud? Will it change the effect on my high?

Thanks

Right now i have two 5 gal bubble buckets going in my very small closet. There is plenty of room for the two plants to grow up but not wide they are running out of space and it seems the branches are weaker then when i have only one plant in there.

What should i do take out one plant and just leave one. Or let them grow ontop of each other. Im obviously looking for a higher yeild but if its just gonna take up space and make a crappy yeild id want to switch now thoughts

It is not mine but looks like this. The top leaves are a bit smaller though. my plant is about 1/2 foot tall now I think. The leaves are also a little big lighter color

How can I get my plant to grow buds early? Will it change the effect in smoking it?

I would like to have it by x-mas for present for cousin and presented me to marijuana.

Thanks!

Also If i had a male with the female, to get more seeds for future planting, can I still smoke the female when I get the seeds out?

Is this normal?
On each side of the stem, if a leaf grows another leaf grows right on top of it (practically sitting in its lap). There are then also two leaves on the opposite side of the stem... and that is how these 4 Northern-Lights plants have been growing since sprouting 6 weeks ago.

So to the question: SHould I re-transplant? because I know that a gallon of soil to foot of height is a good system... but I also know its not good to transplant during flowering. should I bite the bullet before it gets to late? or just suck it up an deal with a pot thats alittle too small? also can I get a pot thats bigger than 5 gallons somewhere?
