There's really nowhere else for me to post this... this is meant to be a respectful question to other members on the board. I'm somewhat interested in learning to grow p. cubensis mushrooms indoors, and I was wondering if there was some resource similar to GC.com out there with a community of people to help you along? I know this site is MJ-only, and I don't intend this to be a discussion about growing mushrooms. I'm just interested in finding out good sources of information that other members have found useful (there's so much BAD info out there about everything, including MJ), and I am a complete novice with mushrooms. Actually, the best thing I guess would be for members to send me a PM if they have some helpful info. That would keep this thread clean (and sterile). Peace and thanks, -Dank

shroomery is pretty good. try downloading some videos too if you use bittorrent or some other p2p. videos are quite helpful, but then again so are message boards. its not really hard to grow mushrooms you just need the right tools and some spore prints....luckly its cheaper and easier than growing cannabis! ;D good luck growin | ||

| Shroomery is good. I've gotten some info on that board. The easiest tek to follow for p. cubensis is the PF Tek, which you can find lots of places online. The spores are relatively easy to come by, although they're shipped in hypodermic needles which make stealth a little difficult. You might also consider picking up a copy of The Mushroom Cultivator by Stamets. It's the bible of mushroom cultivation. I got my copy at a local bookstore but you can mail order too if you're in the boonies. You can get it off amazon or off Fungi Perfecti®: gourmet and medicinal mushrooms I can't believe we're talking about this - there was a time when off-topic conversation like this would have gotten the thred shut down.
