![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | So I had some spare time and spare change today and just went to the local plant nursery and picked up a mango tree which is about 3-4 ft. and a papaya tree of same height. They're healthy looking and just caught my eye at the store. I ended up standing infront of them imagining what harvesting my own mangos and papays would be like on hot summer days.. making my own godly nectar. Of course I was blazed lol So I picked them each up for $40 and 2 large-as-possible fiberglass tubs to put them in and 6 bags of soil. I don't have a garden or anything, lawn even.. but I do have alot of space on a unobstructed sunny patio. So that's where they are right now sitting in the sun, my new friends. It's funny because getting into growing gets you into growing other things. I'm going to be using all my knowledge gained from growing to make the firest mangos and papays. Some krazy Papaya ScRoG or something. ![]() Anyway, I'm getting pics maybe later in a few hours when the sun starts to set. Get the tree and sun and clouds. Throw in my diminishing stash into the shot just to share with everyone. Just be sure to toss a little back in ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Promised pics delayed 2 days (no satuday delivery )Well I murdered my papaya trying to transplant it into a large aztec-looking clay urn. Ripped the rootball right in half ![]() Now the leaves have all wilted I'm pretty much sure I've killed it. And when it rains now I have dirty soil water pouring off my roof all over my wall facing the street. It's all dried up and looks like someone had the runs on the side of my home. So no more papaya ScRoG. I am going to instead try to train the still young & pliable mango tree. Make a cooll design or something, have it grow in a spiral or krazy ness like that, make a mango-cross.. ![]()
