Mary Jane A Pineapple plant I have growing, well 2

Was doing some re-arragning and figured I'd show off my pineapple plant. The biggest one is over 5ft tall now. There's another pineapple in the bottom right and I think you can see some of the baby bananna plants I have growing too. This was my first year to have one produce bananna's.

I have a ton of christmas cactus, red, yellow, and pink. Those will be blooming in another month or so. I'd like to try growing peyote though now. Also jades plants, new england pines, hibiscuses, lots of others, but can't think of the names at the moment, mostly house plants. I'll have to see if my outside tomatoes made it thru the frost last night and clone one of them to bring in for the winter too. I have a whole table full of house plant clones I took a couple weeks ago. Prayer plants, that's another. And of course dynamite.

Happy Growing

You have inspired me to get a plant in my house, other than my plants . You know, something that I can show the public.

Mary Jane

I use FFOF soil, with 20% perlite and jamaican and indoneasian(nice spelling) bat guano for mine. I happen to be feeding them Ionic nutrients at the moment. Will switch to the flowering nutes about the first of november. I've also cheated and place them in my flowering room in the past to start them off. I clone them, then grow them to some size, and then usually give them away. My mom's got the biggest of my plants and takes care of them. That's where I got my banana plant to finally produce bananas this year. It was over the height of my ceiling and they have a vaulted one, so it works out there.

Happy Growing

Mary Jane

So I was at my parents house today. Her christmas cactus's are blooming already. Her's aren't in the direct window light, so has a shorter light period. She's still just feeding them the 5-1-1 fish chit I gave her for then and swears by it when they start flowering.
