how well do sweet 100 tomatoes respond to training? i bought a cutting today from the home depot and got some rubber bands around two main shoots with small weights weighing them down a bit, am i just wasting my time?

I eat those but don't grow them.

I'll be they respond like MJ to training. The fruit isn't that big on the 100's so I think you'd want to train them.

you will be able to train your plants, i have done it with tomatoes so they didnt outgrow the green house.

Sweet 100 is a continuously producing, indeterminate cultivar. The plants can get quite large. I highly recommend a sturdy trellis system, install early and train faithfully. Trellising and training is a good practice for all tomatoes, especially indeterminates.
