tom--For mine I just bought a pineapple, cut off the top and put it in a bowl of water for a week, and then planted it into the soil. Don't know if there is a correct way, but that way has worked for me for 3 of them now. Happy Growing Alleycat | ||

| Growing Bromeliads - Starting A Pineapple Plant im fixing to start one today, girlfriend brought me a nice ripe pineapple, and my first thought(must be from hangin round on here, or bein in the garden too much) was to try and get it to grow...haha.. | ||

Just cut the top off of it. I/E THe green sharp leafs on top and 1/2 to 3/4" of the top of the fruit itself. Set it in some soil, dont overwater, and let it root.............. Hope that get U there........ B safe and grow on............ | |||
