I have a couple of tomato plants outside (soil) that I'd like to try in an aero sytems inside. I thought about cloning them, but thought I'd ask here first. Anyone cloned tomato plants? I just started some mj clones in a bubbler a couple of days ago...so far they're looking healthy, no roots of course. Maybe throw in a couple of 'mater clones?

 | i think this is the proper forum. anyone have any advice on the propagation of 'maters? specifically, where to take them? scarification/45 degree cutting beneficial? cloning gel/powder?

| Tomatoes clone just like mj, but they will develop roots anywhere. Thats why you bury them up to their neck if you get them from the store  Nodes are best though for root formation. I have only done them in rockwool but I'm sure that any other method would work too. SB | ||
