whats happening is, that the plants are stationary in one spot, but the sun has moved, were your tomato's were in the shade for most of the day now the sun has moved, the hairs will turn brown, and more will replace it, my guess from the pics is that you are no farther than 2-3 weeks into it! give it time , outdoor buds can grow so big it will blow your mind, don't harvest until 70% of the hairs are brown, and you should start to see the whole top 6"to12"of the plant turn into a "tomato"!! have fun and patience

We can't see the bud shots and I really want to....My dream is to but buds legal and smoke in a place with people with like interest....you lucky, I gotta break the law and risk losing my freedom every day!
