Anybody ever grow Datil peppers? Any info would be awesome. I tracked down some seeds and researched the best I could but would love to hear from someone who has grown them. Thanks!! Peace

They take the same growing conditions as most other peppers. Lots of light, protect them from cold weather and give them about 4-5 months to produce from seed. Snaugin' the Datil

| Hey thanks Buzz! I think I ran across that page when I did my research. I've grown a lot of peppers so I think I'm good. I got some good info from the (Interestingly enough) Hot Pepper forum. HAHA Guess they have a forum for everything. Thank for the response though! Peace

| Got the Datil Peppers germing and it could take 3 weeks! wow thank God MJ is quicker...hehehe. Got a good soil recipe from a grower in St. Augustine, Fl, where the Datil grows best. I'll be in hot pepper land in no time! Peace
