Good evening,

I planted a tomato start outside a few weeks ago which apparently was too early here in cow town on the Oregon coast and she died but,
my two clones in the east facing living room window are happily bearing fruit.
Ripe and ready for pickin

have a Great night

It looks like there are several tomatoe threads popping up. I hope to be showing off some fruit when my plants start producing. We can have a group thread for this summer I suppose. Not much to report now except that I have 11 different tomatoe plants outside and expect massive harvests. Im also a big dreamer. We shall see.

I told my GF to start some tomato seeds indoors in Feb and she kept saying no no, so now what does she do, go to the garden store and pay $5/plant

Salutations,

I remember way back a few years ago when I went to the store and purchased a couple of tomato plants for a few bucks a piece I remember thinking to myself this will be the only ones i'm buyin.
And those were, the last plants bought in a store, i've been cloning them ever since and give them away to my neighbors who love cherry tomatoes. One neighbor is always asking me "How do you clone them?" And I tell him rather show him the suckers I remove dip into rooting hormone and into FFLW
The things "old" people learn, Oh ... Wait .. I'm one of them
I figure, cloning my `mater's keeps me in practice for cloning my mj

have a Great night
