Hey Buzz those squash are really taking off this year. Im training my squash to grow up a spiral pole just to goof on the idea that you can get veggies growing verticle. Having stuff hanging from trellis's is also trippy to look at and keeps the veggies out of the compost area.
I saw these guys growing trellis'ed melons hanging from a gazebo like structure. It didnt occur to me that veggies could be grown like that and thought everything was just done in fields.

ill get some more stuff up later...all you guys' stuff is lookin good..

man Buzz you got some space there. lookin nice..

i like the way you got that set up swordfish, it looks like you garden would be a nice place to sit and smoke 1.

WOG LST tomatoes
permalink

Here's mine. The fist two rows are tomatoes. Grown from seed under some fluorescent lights I had in my closet. They are planted along a fence. I plan to LST them in a WOG (wall of green).

My corn and beans are starting to take off. The corn needs water twice a day and lots of manure that attract these flys that bite. They go for your eyes and will get inside your eyelids and bite your ass. I have to spray neem on myself to venture out back it's that bad.

Tomatoes starting to plump up and these beets will be harvested any day now.
