Red face growing superfruits

i was wondering if anyone has any personal experience, if any on growing superfruits such as goji, noni, acai berry or mangosteen? if any of these are possible to grow in america possibly a grow room with some good MJ, I don't know what climate it needs and what not, I bet the light cycles differ, but if anyone knows anything on growing acai or mangosteen in particular, let me know! thanks all!! grow on...

Not a superfruit, but wheat and barley grass is very easy to grow (21 days to harvest) and super healthy. Not as healthy as some proponents will have you believe, but in an oz glass you should still get your daily macro-nutrient fix along with protein, B-vitamins and hemoglobin.

Should be said that there is still debate on whether human consumption of extra hemoglobin has a beneficial effect. I guess it has something to do with the human ability to convert that hemoglobin directly into the bloodstream and affect iron transportation in the blood. If it does, it might have a beneficial effect by cleaning out carcinogens from the body caused by smoking.

But what the hell do I know

You might want to raise the roof of your room to grow mangosteen. They're slow growing large tropical trees.

with bars selling grass in a glass; running sprout leaves of wheat and others through a blender; selling it as a pick me up to city types.

the greenness would put me off; but i might try one with superfruit. sounds good as most food available is seriously lacking in health; we could do with a supplement. lol nigel
