Right on I cant wait to own my own home! I'm grow an entire oasis of plants mixed with various edibles. In a green house of course well where i'm going i could just fence a back yard or something. I wonder if i could make something portable that would be sweet portable green house for all my plants i'd hook upa pond and some coy fish or somehting liek that

I dont want to build an elaborate green house on a rental property then i'd have to leave all my hard work behind and the landlord would get rich in equity that i worked hard for....

I think they will thrive in the right hydro set up, I just have only ever bought bare root strawberry plants when I wanted to grow them though, and always propagated them by runner, never tried the seed thing. Good growing to you.

Three years ago we planted ten strawberries. The first year we took care of them, then the second year we kind of... let them be. This year I transplanted them into the front yard. They multiplied! I now have 27 strawberry plants. At first we thought they wouldn't take, but they have, and they're flourishing! They love lots of light, and plenty of water... but too much water will make them not-quite-as-sweet-as-they-could-be. lol.
