One of the best sleeps I ever had was after a drink of chamomile tea made from fresh chamomile flowers that we had bought in a small market in southern Mexico. I was very very ill and the tea was so soothing. It unknotted my guts and then I was off to dreamland.![]()

![]() ![]() | nah they still work... well sometimes just on here, people seem to make things easy to understand and can add a few tips and tricks to make things go better. there's a lot of information between all the people here and when i grow anything i like to give it w/e i can to help it grow. my bad if i posted too much i'll cut back. i grew a few mj plants and it kinda triggered a new obsession for growing to perfection ![]()

Chamomile responds well to heavy pruning. Without a lot of pruning it will grow into a ratty looking bunch of stems. ![]()
