The wife is not too fond of my growroom, I figured I could get her more involved if we had something else growing in there that she could take care of...

She loves roses!, can we grow roses in pots next to my MJ plants?

What about strawberries?,

Which would you recommend?, I want something easy to grow and maintain cause I already got so much work to do in there...

PannanmaJuice, Why not try peppers? They grow in one season, have nice shape and you can enjoy the fruits of your growing. Plus our local hydro shop always has peppers on display to show how well plants will grow in 'dro.

I don't know about roses... I would think more likely to do veggies over flowers because they are annuals.
I guess I'd wonder what it is she doesn't like? I'm sure it's not the room itself.

Peace-

There really is no right way to grow, you have to resonate with a style and learn what you can,
tweak it to your own style and raise the bar each grow... OD '07

Or you could just bribe her. Buy her something so she leaves you alone. LOL.
That way you have more room for your girls.

Hey guys, thanks for the answers...

See my wife likes to smoke with me, she is not againts me growing weed... But I would like for her to have something in there that she can take care of, she NEVER enters the growroom!, and I spent so much time in there that it would be nice to spend it together.

Anyways, cherry tomatos sound like a good idea, I tried growing tomatos once and they got a terrible fungus attack that shriveled all the leaves and killed it in 3 days.

I thought about something I can grow that would never grow here in Panama. Something my wife can use to really make an impresion on people.
We have very hot climate, so something that grows in a cooler temp would be nice.

Of course it has to be a small plant so I can move it around in a 4 galon pot.

My wife is the same. She could care less about the grow, she just wants the end product.

At first I wanted her to be involved in the grow also, but soon realized its just not her bag, neither is the growing of anything. She'd rather read a book. So thats normally what happens, she reads her books and I read my plants. Occasionally I'll bring her a plant to look at that Im excited about and she'll share my excitement with me. Personally, thats enough for me.
