So I ordered 4 varieties of of tobacco a couple weeks ago and there here. I pretty much know how to grow them, just never done it before. Anybody else here cultivate there own tobacco? The seeds are tiny!! Heres the "strains" I got: "Common smoking", "Burley", "Monte Calme Yellow" and "Argentina". | ||

Do some google searching, I don't think you will have to go as elaborate as fumigating the soil etc, But be aware the different strains may have different planting and curing needs, Burley Tobacco is a high country tobacco, raised mostly in hilly areas. it is air cured in open barns in the fall, most of the other I would imagine is flue cured..
