The AUP can be modified at any time, and continued use of the Forums indicates acceptance of the modified terms that can be found on this page.

The open and real-time nature of Gardenscure.com forums prevents verification of the validity of any content posted. Gardenscure.com is not responsible for any messages posted nor the consequences of following any advice offered within. The publication of this site and the use of the material on this site are meant neither to be an act of conspiracy or intent to conspire against any statutes, regardless of jurisdiction, state, federal, or national.

Registration is limited to those individuals who have reached 18 years of age or older. Underage members will be banned immediately upon identification.

The use of profanity is discouraged. Excessive use of profanity may result in warning and/or banning. Language or content deemed obscene, sexually oriented, or sexually suggestive and links to sites that contain such content are subject to removal.

Providing any other person's identifying information (including, but not limited to their name, contact information, likeness, or any other relevant information including Private Message contents) to another is prohibited.

These forums and information contained therein shall not be used to violate the laws of any country or jurisdiction. The use of Gardenscure.com is intended for any persons who have reached the age of majority, with an interest in research, discussion, and documentation of information related to the cultivation of Cannabis. Gardenscure.com data & information are intended to be used exclusively for education, research, and entertainment.

Impersonation of any person or entity, forgery of headers or other manipulation of identifiers including, but not limited to, multiple registrations by an individual, is prohibited.

Gardenscure.com shall not be used for sharing, exchanging, providing, selling, or otherwise distributing any physical materials or items.

Advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or solicitations of any kind are prohibited. This includes any solicitations to buy or sell a product or service of any kind.

Unauthorized attempts to access any administrative or protected sections of the Gardenscure.com website, affiliated websites or Forums, use of any hacks, cracks, bug exploits, etc. to bypass or modify the features of the forum software are prohibited and may be pursued to the extent of the laws of the appropriate jurisdiction.

Gardenscure.com Forums are not public domain and membership can be withdrawn by the board owner at any time for any reason. The moderators reserve the right to refuse or delete any message for any reason.

Posts may be edited for a limited amount of time after the initial submission. By registering, and submitting posts, user acknowledges and agrees that posts are submitted permanently and will not be edited or deleted except at the discretion of Gardenscure once the editing window has expired.

Registrants are solely responsible for anything found within posts made under the member name and agree to indemnify and hold Gardenscure.com and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of any material registrant submits, posts or transmits through Gardenscure.com Forums, registrant’s use of the Forums, registrant’s connection to the Forums, registrant’s violation of the AUP, legal notice, or privacy policy, or registrant’s violation of the rights of another.

No claim that review of any or all of the content of every message posted is made and Gardenscure.com does not accept any responsibility for the contents of any messages made by members, guest, and/or registrants. Gardensucure.com reserves the right to delete any message for any reasons.

Gardenscure.com also reserves the right to disclose user information to comply with a legal process served on Gardenscure.com, or to protect and defend the rights or property of Gardenscure.com network of sites, or visitors to Gardenscure.com. Identifying information of registrants stored on Gardenscure.com media are limited to that information provided by registrant and no other information is store, monitored or archived.
