I have read and printed out the other grow guid on this site, but it does not go into a lot of details. About what I should get as far as soil, ect. I was just wondering for a more complicated grow guide to help me along. Not sure about the rule on posting links, but I would appreicate something. Thanks. murf43143

![]() ![]() ![]() | The Grow Journals are a great place to start- find someone whose conditions and grow area are similar to your own. By reading what others have done you can avoid common mistakes and take in a lot of good, innovative ways to grow. If in depth knowledge is your goal you should probably just go ahead and spring for the $20 US and buy Marijuana Botany by Robert C. Clarke Amazon has it.The link posting policy is no direct links to commercial sites...... you can list them without a direct link, though.

![]() | Always appreciated when a mod responds directly to my potential grow goals. Thanks, Ill check into that book. Maybe even to go Borders or something to see what they can help me with. Because yes, I do want to know what is happening in the plant and why at the certain times throughout its life, murf43143

![]() ![]() ![]() | My local Borders has a great selection of cultivation books..... Mel Frank, Rosenthal, etc. The Clarke book beats them all. And if you've some extra bucks the Cannabible by Jason King is super, too. Mostly macro photos, but they'll have you drooling in no time.

![]() | I have found "Indoor Marijuana Horticulture", By Jorge' Cervantes, to be hands-down the most in depth and accurate grow gook available. When I first started out, I got every grow book I could get my hands and and found there is many instances of conflicting information so, I took this all in and went on the repeating theories. I found "Marijuana Horticulture" to be the most accurate and complete. I recomend this book to anyone, from beginners to the most seasoned grower. "The Cannabible" is also very neat and, although occasionally considered sublime, can be very useful for researching the available genetics and determining what is right for you. There is also a more detailed guid on genetics which I believe is by Ed Rosenthal called "The Big Book of Buds". Lots of very nice pics and indepth genetic profiles... TGR
