No Warning, no message, just closed out of HC.COM...what happened to TCC? Per Rick's Rules, there were NO LINKS TO COMMERCIAL SITES. I did that a few weeks ago and St0ney corrected me..... The Rules say: NO LINKS TO COMMERCIAL SITES I did NOT make a link to a commercial site, just one I been working on......I had it before, than was asked to remove it......I did, than I found out the rules and reset it, found a PM from Oz but no time to read it, so I reset my page to ACCEPTABLE and haven't had a chance to go back in, when I DID finally go to answer Oz' IM... my acct was closed........no access...what I wanna know is: WHY I was closed when I did not break any rules. WHY I was not even sent an E mail to my private E mail addy WHY I can't get a response without setting up a new acct? | Right on TDK, but I did nothing wrong, that is what gets me... I mean, I was playing wth my profile, but as soon as I saw Oz's PM, I just defaulted it to NORMAL til I knew fer SHURR what I could and could not do.....I mean, how do they expect for me to understand if they won't even oblige a dialogue? They have my private E mail access for a reason.....so they can E mail me, but none have  So...I am asking!  | ||

TCC - The only thing I can see is that you were moved into a group called "Users awaiting authorization". This usually occurs when a user makes a change to their email address listed in their profile. When the email is changed the system is setup to move the user into this group until the user confirms the email address by clicking on the link in the email sent to the address when the change was made. Regardless, I have moved your TCC username back into the "Registered" group so you should have full priveledges once again on that username. Did you recently make a change to the email addy listed in your profile? Sorry for the inconvenience. Rick | ||

| If you are having problems with your account why don't you just PM one of the staff and ask???? Obviously, it had nothing to do with anyone except you so instead of flying off the handle maybe next time there is a question inquire to see if there is actually a something up. TDK, ummmm .... yeah right .... nuff said

| Golly Gee... Wasn't trying to start a flamewar, never attacked anyone, just wondered why after I tired to get in to actually post it just locked me out, I thought someone was mad at me and did not under stand it, I kept getting an error saying that I was trying to log into an acct that was not my own, but I saw my posts listed... Changing the E mail address, I was.......I did not know it made a difference but for to fwd my mail to another addy I thought I was just suddenly blocked out...I couldn't PM anyone or do anything! (I didn't see anything tell me I would have to *authenticate* the new E mail afore posting.....and I didn't get an E mail asking me to Authenticate anything...so I really was lost ) Thanks for the assist!  Hope anyone else reads this knows what to do and not freak their acct was somehow *blocked* | ||
