Question clock time off?

The correct time on my computer differs from the time on this site by 21 minutes. Is that happening with anyone else? When I post at 10:00 my time it puts 9:39 on the site. Is anyone else having this problem?

First you need 100 posts....Check
Then you need to find a suitable pic...Here's the avatar thread to help
Then you need to resize the pic to 50x50 pixels...gifworks.com do that for you
Then you click on the user control panel above (user cp)...
Then you click on change avatar...
Then you upload your pic
Job done
