whats the deal with these things... and is there a way you can view to see who has rated a thred? also PEOPLE stop voting for yourself.. no one likes an inflated head... by all means vote for yourself after a few votes from others... but i mean.. why blow your own whistle? this site is for learning, FAQ's and advice sharing. THIS IS NOT THE INTERNET CANNABIS CUP! shouldn't we all be proud of what we accomplish no matter what.. think about it.. we just grew something to get us high... sorry just ranting i am just sick of seeing 1000s upon 1000s of threds that have a 5 star rating. i mean i can obviously see a few 5 star grows that need it (CD's, Tobi's, Agent's, CR's, 'stash.. just to name a few) these are ture 5 star threds... heh unless you have similar results as those mentioned above.. i suggest you bow to the champions of hc.com

Just a quick look at ratings and you can see that they are hardly ever used. I don't even look at the ratings anymore, except if I notice someone is getting unjustly 'dissed'. Check this out, I'll use the above named peoples first (maybe) grow journal: CD: 15,300 views, 900 replies......18 votes (MIA new thread) tobi: 8,500 views, 550 replies......9 votes (1 in new thread) 86's: 31,600 views, 1284 replies......11 votes (5 in new thread) CR: 14,500 views, 550 replies......8 votes (4 in new thread) Me: 5,000 views, 350 replies......2 votes (0 in new thread) Seems like a new rating system, if there need be one at all, may be in order, considering the lack of participation. Maybe the button just needs to be moved........  Ratings-schmatings, they could take 'em away and I likely wouldn't notice.

... thats what i'm talkin about.. its just freekin anoying when you read the grow journals.. all have like 5 stars.. just funny... and hey how'd ya get all them there those stats, yuk? heheh jus wonderin.. yeah remove it or change it... would be better... but i gues i do really ignore it.. still erks me

| I've only ever rated two threads The rating system comes included in the vB sofware we use for the fourm, you don't think anyone actually sat down and said "we need a rating system" do you If the star system works you up, think how much tension the karma thing creates We don't want that either If turning the rating system off, saves bandwidth, kill it for me All the good threads will be in the library anyway San  | ||

i don't wanna be missunderstood. its not like i am just trying to pick a fight or get something changes i sincerly wanted to know about all the threds... i never new you could see how many votes people had.. and to be honest i think i have voted on like 2 threds as well i just wanted some info on them.. i figured they came with the softwear... if it speeds thigs up and the site can increase it bandwith then woo woo, but honest its not really a big deal i just wondered cuz i always see 5 start threds... like i said before i know the difference between a good grow and a bad grow... i say that now after countless hours browsing this form... i am still a newbie i would say.. but i at least i know the difference.. sorry if this has upset anyone.. i really wasn't trying to *****.. i just wanted to know what the deal with it all is.. oh yeah...
