im thinking of popping a pack of these but wondering if maybe i can reduce the stretch on it without hurting yeild by topping early to encourage multiple tops. lemme explain how i plan to grow these and lemme know if you think it'll work current system: 600w hps 3x3 enf tray converted to 16 plant drip system 6 inch square pots of coco running from clone topping at about 4th node to branch them out vegged till about 10 inches with multiple tops each i need them to stay 42in or smaller

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | In my experience ssh quadruples in size during flowering so 10 inches of well managed (trimmed, topped, whatever) shrub should do well in your set up. One problem I do see is that by the time some of the plants are ready to have their tops removed the'll be at or larger than 10inches at node 4. This means a lot of manipulation of the branches to keep them low until their ready to flower. Somehow, 16 plants in 9 sq ft seems really tight for these beasts. This post is about where you'll be from seed when you'll be able to top for clones. Where are you getting your ssh seeds? | ||
