What would be the perfect strain? What qualities would it have? In the hopes of narrowing down what you could accomplish in a breeding program, I have decided to imagine the strain or strains I would want to have part of a permanent grow. Let me start by identifying the most important traits I would need. 1. Clear UP Energetic and Euphoric High (Sativa Dominant) 2. Fruity Sweet taste and smell 3. 8 week flowering time 4. High THC levels 5. High Calyx to leaf ratio (dense plant) 6. High Yielding 7. Medium to low height (no more than 4-5' tall) 8. Easy to clone 9. Easy to breed The first strain to come close to this was NL#5 x Haze A(Columbian Pheno) later crossed with Haze/Skunk to produce Jack Herer. But even that strain doesn't full satisfy because it still takes 12 weeks+ to flower and the taste is very subtle. Cousin Super Silver Haze has the great euphoric high, but it's taste leaves much to be desired. Skunk, being a cross between Columbian, Acapulco and Afghani, really get the taste part down and has an energetic up high, but the potency is sometimes lacking, and it still takes 10 weeks to flower. Sensi seeds says they have come up with the answer with Jack Flash, but I'm not convinced. I want the high of Super Silver Haze, the taste of Super Skunk, the smell of Blueberry, the flowering time of Northern Lights, the THC levels of G13, the denseness of Rock Bud, the yield of Big bud or Kong, at least 3-4 feet tall, the cloning ability of White Widow and the breeding ability of haze.

| Believe me when I tell you that Shiva Skunk has almost every trait that you mention. The buds are not super dense but the yield is pretty impressive. Wonderful taste, wonderful powerful high, sticky, flowers in about 50-55 days, clones very well, if flowered at 1 foot or shorter you will get about a 3 foot plant. I just bred it with some Chronic* the seeds seem quite vigorous and I will be able to tell you if I was able to get a fast flowering dense plant with Shiva Skunk taste and smell in about 50 days. Photo 1 all of the plants in picture aside from back left corner are Shiva Skunk flowered at approx 12 inches tall. Photo 2 shows quality Photo 3 shows calyx to leaf ratio fairly well. | How would you describe the taste of the SSH youve grown/smoke? Mine has such a strong flavor...kind of like a mix of smarties and fruit with a urinal cake bouquet. | ||

| well , sounds like your wanting to much. those characteristics are a little hard to get together I say: -F-13 ( DJ stated it's breeding potential )

| I have not run across the perfect plant yet but I am still searching So far I would say the best I have grow was a WW. It had all the qualities one would like in a plant I think

| Blue Dream cut(basically Blueberry x Haze) has all those characteristics except the flowering time. Paradise Seeds White Berry, Dutchman's Blue Skunk and C99 fit a lot of that description too but won't be nearly as heady as a longer flowering old school skunk or haze parent. Flowering time for an up high is one category you're probably going to trade off if you're looking for a mostly sat buzz though. Good luck on your mission TTB.

| The perfect plant for me would change every month or two. I have to have variety. You may want to look into Cotton Candy, it fits all of your qualifications. Good Luck!
