You can train it so it won't get too tall, just wide.
Do you only have the 1 plant growing?
What is the size of the grow room? What kind of lighting you using?Are you growing in soil?

im using a 70 watt hps my grow room is about 2 foot by 1 foot i know it small but i only want to grow for me to smoke. what type is the smallest??

If it is only 1 plant , what are you going to do if it is A MALE? That would be MY kind of luck. Well you do have a 50/50 chance of a FEMALE.

i dont know its only about 7 days old if its a male i will put it in the woods if its a female how big will it get???

Lots of plants are small, like Top 44, AK, Supreme Skunk, Shiskaberry... etc.. And all are potent. Pretty much any indica or mainly indica plant will be good for small grow areas. Plus you can train them to grow small (check out the forum on training).
