Hi, I got some seeds labeled "Lebanon seeds" with no other info whatsoever.

Now i've read about Lebanese hash production, and that their plants have a characteristic of being compact, and almost completely bud and not very bushy, etc.

Anyone know anything about them? Are hash plants Sativa or Indica, and what about Lebanese in particular?

Tried two seeds, one sprouted, and the sprout had little hairs in the stem as soon as hit got up from the soil (Northern Lights, at least, doesn't).

I'll post more info, when (s)he gets a couple more leaf sets.. always excited to try something new

Sativa or Indica is not really a good way of categorising strains IMO. Lebanese would probably be best described as "sativa with a fairly indica like growth pattern". I thought "indica" only related to a certain type of afghan strain. The Middle Eastern and North African strains are probably fairly closely related to the afghani's, but tend to have narrow leaves. They do tend to be very compact (3 feet or under in outdoor conditions) with one main cola.

They are also from what I have read, not noted for being good quality. They produce large amounts of resin, however.

I have a few friends that are from Lebanon. They got a small package shipped from back home, and it was bud.Golden colored, with red and green hairs, and a spicy/sweet taste and smell. And boy was it STRONG!We had 3 grams for 3 people, each rolled one up,and we were on our anuses laughing our guts out for hours. Also, when we did some bong hits and a few hot knives, time seemed to stop for everything but me(kinda like the Matrix).I smoke a lot of weed, and nothing has ever compared to this.If you get some seed for this,be warned. It is EXTREMELY potent.
