![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Hey Crack, unusual name for someone on this board! hehe Any ways, welcome to HempCultivation.com, bro. I am not well versed on the subject of catagorizing strain on the basis of the seed, however, i have some tips for discerning the plant itself. Typically, the two most common types of marijuan that are grown are Cannabis Sativa and Cannabis Indica. Sativa's overall appearance is that of a taller, more slender looking plant with longer, more pointy fan leaves, whereas indica strains will not grow as tall and have shorter, fatter leaves. Its very uncommon to find a pure Indica or Sativa strain, however, therefore you will end up with plants that are hybrids of both species of plant. Sometimes you will end up with an indica dominant plant that looks something like 75% indica/25%sativa or varying from that, and sometimes you will end up with the opposite, a sativa dominant strain with some indica mixed in. As far as specific strain goes, such as durban poison, white widow, northern lights, and skunk... i would suggest going to various sites of cannabis seed companies and compare the overall look of the plant to yours to try to determine strain... this however is rather difficult. The only way to be sure of what type of plant you have will be to purchase seeds directly from this company and do the breeding yourself for future references. That is the end of my rant of limited knowledge. Good luck in your grows. If you are starting a grow, consider beginning your own diary in the Personal Grow Diaries forum. inda ![]() | ||
