has anyone here had their Heaven's Staiway shipment not arrive (to the US)? It's been over 2 weeks, when do i start worrying?

I ordered from these guys a couple days ago. They seemed like cool guys to deal with. Maybe your seeds were confiscated by the police.

Obviously, you don't have a simgle idea about what your saying and unfortunatly, it's not the first time you try to pull this kind of things...

1- Richard Calrissian is an honorable man who does not deserve what you're sugesting; HS does deliver the seeds and not any seeds; it deliver the ones you have ordered.

2- HS does not produce seeds, they sell seeds from known bredders from USA, Canada and Holand.

3- In case of the ordering not arriving, one should contact HS for they to procede with the new shipment; that was the case with Lilbuddie.

I know what i'm talking cause i'm already in my 6 order from them and i'm very happy customer...

I did not mean for my initial question to start a rant like James'. I was sort of hoping I'd get other people who have held their breath for a certain amount of time for their seeds. THEN, I noticed I posted this in the wrong forum anyway.

I AM NOT suggesting that HS is a scam. I run my own small business, and like any business, if you don't keep your customers happy, or if you don't provide a good, reliable product, you won't stay in business for longer than a few months.

James, your paranoia is not shared by all. My growing "hideaway" is not linked in any way to my living address, as I assume HS does the same. They wouldn't grow in the same location as their "seed-outlet" or whatever. Common smart business practice. Also, I DO NOT believe the government is watching us. Our neighbors are the ones to fear (over 80% of all cultivation busts are from neighbors smelling or seeing it, the 20% i imagine is from ex-girlfriends who tell, maybe 1% get busted through electric bills).

I mean, I know people who work for the government, and they aren't exectly the sharpest knives in the drawer. Have you been down to the DMV, the Clerk of records, or have you spoken to an average cop (typically not astrophysicists)???

The fact that HS hasn't been busted is a sign that they are reputable. A careless business gets busted. And so do overly-paranoid ones...(paranoia causes irrational thinking, therefore stupid decisions, therefore busted.)

Again, all I was wondering were some average delivery times around the x-mas season, which often slows down mail.

Yes Richard Calrissian is indeed a great guy as Wolfman has said. I have had many conversations with him and he is indeed concerned about his customers and orders being fulfilled as well as providing a accurately described product....

When my order was lost he promptly replaced it at no charge what so ever! No quames, quibbling nor questioning .... He just send me a replacement order which promptly arrived in about 10 days.

Again as wolfman says, I have recived more than a handful of orders from Heavan's Stairway and am VERY happy with every interaction I have ever had with them .... They are indeed a Grade A Seed Bank; one I would recommend to all; if I were to recommend one

Bri, you can expect delivery usually in 2-4 weeks. If it goes longer than 4 weeks simply contact Richard through the email at his site and he will respond to you promptly.
he is a good guy and nice so just explain your situation and the timelines and I am sure you guys will work something out

I appologize for this thread....I really do. All I was asking for lilbud, was what you had posted in your last sentence, the 2-4 week timeline seems fair...
I also didn't take into account the Holiday season...pre-x-mas, the post office is notoriously slow....
