Well about the first week of may i went up in the oh so wonderous mountains of this wonderfully fine (ya right) state, and planted 15 lime green pretend-a-kind seeds. I went up to check on them today, and to my amazement all 15 had sprouted and were between 4 and 10 inches tall, and rather robust. My question is, does anyone know the harvest time for Utah or similar regions? Or should i just continually check on them and harvest when they 'look' right?

I don't know your harvest time, i'm afraid, but when the hairs of the plants are about 75%-80% brown, its time to harvest the love. Don't forget to pull the males, or move them, cuz shwaggy weed sucks, and you don't want them to polenate the ladies, and have seeeeeeeeds ahoy. (not much bud, but plenty o seeds) don't let them crowd eachother, cuz 15 plants in one place is tight. remember, 75-80% browned hairs, and its time to pluck!
