Ok Shamis, dont panic. First, find a new place to plant your marijuana. it is always best to put your crop where it wont be messed with by anything. now, i think that the reason why your plants only have one leaf is because of the seed. i get a retard like that every once in a while with only the oval leaves and no identifiable pot leaves. the only expanation i can give you is that you had a retard!
get new seeds

Shamis, it's not uncommon at all to get plants that sport 3 leaves all the way up to 9 leaves. There is no difference in the weed quality between these and the beautiful 5-7 leaf plants.

As for the red ants, I wouldn't worry about them too much unless they are actually eating the leaves. Because ants usually feed on dead or rotting matter I don't think a live plant will have much danger.

BTW, you never want to spray an insecticide on your plants because you'll end up smoking those nasty chemicals. There are lotsa organic solutions that will work as effectively as most insecticides.

Toke it easy, Pan.

Hey Panama, i have a question... One of my plants is on like, its 5th set of leaves, and the set before it was WIERD. one of the leaves had 5 leaflette things, like a normal pot leaf, and the other had only 4! no sign of bugs or anything, i make sure of that. I ignored it, cuz i figure if its still growing, we're all ok, but i'm curious as to what the hell is goin on in my little plants head! its a funky leaf or 2 that made me wonder (it happened on 2 sets of leaves, so i don't know if its retarted, or whats goin on...)

Help well apreciated!
Jes

PS-Ganja dude, a leaf missing does NOT mean that there will be no bud, so its not a bad seed, just a *****y seed.

Pink, it's just Mother Nature messing with your head. One of the plants I have in my back yard has 5 leaf sets, 7 leaf sets, and 9 leaf sets. I don't concern myself too much with what the plant looks like when it's growing, just what it smokes like after it's been harvested.

Toke it easy, Pan.
