I was wondering if plants need direct sunlight to grow the best or would indirect be alright

Outdoor plants need about 6 hrs of direct sunlight, or the buds will be light and fluffy

You want full sun for quality smoke. You might get a plant to survive in inderect, but it will yield very little, loose non potent bud if any at all.

thanks for the info....i plan to grow in a swamp with a low elevation and theres alot of trees around so i guess ill have to chop a few down for my grow spot
