My hands will be in the dirt in some way shape or form.

Need to clear some shade trees and my Sativa is back in the ground.

Wow guys, are us outdoor guys sooo bored that we started the od thread in January?

But while im here, i'll tell you about my plans for this spring

I'll be getting 20 clones, 10 "gravity" and 10 "B1". I'm not sure of the genetic heritage but i do know that B1 is 100% indica while gravity is a 50/50 sativa/indica. I'm going to amend the soil with some good quality potting mix. I was planning on planting 5 to a group, with the groups of plants spread over a distance. (trying to avoid catastrophe) Gonna try and stay affordable with the nutes and use something with an appropriate NPK ratio that i can buy at a retail store.

Yeah, other than that: planning on using tomato cages to protect from deer and to help hold them up.

After about 55 days B1 should be ready to harvest and then another 10 days after that the Gravity should be good to go also. B1 is some skunk strain. from what i can tell, Gravity might be Apollo 11, or a descendant. It's got an nice "up" high and it smells and tastes just like fruit. Yum.

DaMn YOu BOOtaY! got me all excited only to realize that i have 4 months to go.

Sorry if my writing is broken and hard to read, i wrote parts of this as it came to me...

I'm going to do a scrog type grow outside this year (no screen, will use strings and stakes to hold things down). I've already have a few locations that I used last year that I'm going to use again this year. It's nice having a 6' privacy fence all the way around my yard, and all my neighbors have single story houses. Last year you could only smell my plants if you were less than a foot away.

redemption_07 is beginning to sprout.

It will be my first grow this season but I've learned a fair bit and figure I should do alright.

I have 10 feminized White Rhino and 4 feminized Purple Power which I will be growing under a 250W HPS inside. I will pick the best 4 to 6 of the bunch which will become my mothers. From these I plan on taking anywhere from 40 - 60 clones. Once the clones have rooted themselves and grown a bit I will put them outside and allow them to flourish.

I will also be getting anywhere from 5 - 10 Red Columbian Haze which I will plant outside straight into the ground and see how they turn out.

I'll be starting all this early february.

Good luck with your future / present grows!

Well, I couldn't agree more about this thread being started two months to soon. I had a plant go out mid March 2007 but that was way to soon and I was punished with more bud than I cared for. So let this be a warning; Big plants could result from early plantings in warm climates. Im going for a late planting June or so because my plants grow to fast and large if planted earlier.

Hey guys! I am back and am planning big things for my second time around. My first was a huge success and was a lot of fun. I am ready to move to the good old earth soil and am planning a preety big guerilla style grow (15-20 clones).

I live in the Bay Area, when is a good time to start? I am planning on planting some a little early and some a little bit later in the season. I was thinking early Feb at the earliest.
