Yeah, last frost/ first date considered safe here is Memorial Day, basically June 1. But I've not had the problem going outdoors with triggering flowering, I think because within 3 weeks the days start getting longer.

Plan on getting some rare OG Kush seeds from a friend who owns some pot shops in SFV. Long ways off though for planting but I have three holes ready and waiting. I thought these were only available as a clone but what do I know? This dudes the man when he says he has OG kush seeds who am I to say anything. Awesome find if it's the real McCoy.

I think that's your thread to start Mr. Fish.
Or were you just ?

I have plans for outdoors again this year but I'll be growing more in the greenhouse than officially "outdoors."

Got a little cab going inside and I'm planning on putting some clones of mine out. Having lost my BubbleGum clone source I'll be starting some BBG seeds inside and hope to have something of size to put out come May.

AK-47 is in the line up too. Many fewer plants this year while also increasing my overall yield. That's my goal for '08.

My downfall last season was that I had too many plants to look after.

Looking forward to sharing another great thread with all you outdoor growers.... Thanks for starting it Bobbooty.

Peace- OD

The best time to put plants outdoors for you is last week in April or first week in May. Remember, Cannabis is a photoperiodic like onions and will flower when the days are short... if you plant out too early your plant will go into flower and then have to go thru a reveg stage as the days get longer and then flower in late August when the days are shortening.

The reveg will cause a lower yeild and bring you so much vegetation you'll regret you planted so early.

Peace-
OD

Im not down for big plants outside this year. The fence that once offered me privacy has been replaced with different style. I had know control over the newer fence being unsuitable for growing large plants behind. I heard the "Secret Garden" has 10lb plant threads 20 pages long. Always nice to have these type of role models.
