We must have gotten 6" of snow yesterday in a matter of about 6 hrs. It'll be fun playing with the dog in the snow (jack russell), she chases the ball no matter what the conditions are outside. As long as you are willing to throw it, she's willing to fetch it. With the deeper snow she has run hop like a rabbit, it's friggin hilarious.

There's so much hope in those eyes.

Brings back great memories of my JRT in the snow. Sometimes, she'd tunnel through it.

Welcome to the garden MC....
Sounds like you have some big plans this season and a great lineup of genetics. Which latitude? Nice to have you along for the ride.

I'm particularly interested in your greenhouse growing; just getting a greenhouse myself. What can you tell me about yours? Do you use heat towards the end of the season?

I admire your desire for your open breeding idea but I'd like to caution you against it. There are a lot of us outdoor growers and keeping the male population in check is very important. Pollen from a male plant can travel miles and be fertile over some period of time. This means there's a good chance your male rogues would seed other grower's plants that are working hard to get sensemilla. Just something to think about...

That snow sure is pretty and I sure am glad it's not at my house. We finally had 3 sunny days in a row after 2+ weeks of dark, rainy days.

I took some cuttings today.

Peace- OD

Photo update-spring harvest

I got the hydro plants in the greenhouse on Thursday. Flushed them for 36 hrs and nuted them up..It was very sunny Thursday and a few of them are suffering a bit. Let's see how they do!

Here are the 2 largest BubbaKushes. I though they were root bound and put them in the ground.

Here's the rest of the plants for the spring harvest. Most of them are Pinapple. I'm going to leave them in pots and use this time to make sure my ground soil is straight before my summer planting. I amended the soil with Manure and kellogs complete potting soil several months ago. I'm going to go back and check my soil ph before planting.
They are looking happy and hopefully the cold isn't going to do anything but make them want to finish faster. It was 70 yesterday and today!

All my pineapples in soil have turned purple except for one, indoors and out. My hydro didn't do this....a bit strange huh.

As you can see, I installed white poly in the inners of the walls hoping to reflect plenty of sunlight while adding the security of not being able to see through the fence

CRAZYTRAIN, Whoa man, your plants are huge! It's very exciting what you're doing. I can't wait to see how this turns out. Are you running a journal in addition to this thread?

I love that folks are already into this years grow. I hear Clone is out hauling soil right now... Taking advantage of the cover and coolness that winter has to offer. Pretty much bug free too.

Seeing your pics CT reminded me that last year we kind of had an unwritten rule to not post in-line pics in this thread.
If folks are willing, it's a nice thing to do for this thread that gets so looooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnnngg..

and those of you who know me know how irritating I find it to have to scroll to see a full pic. 750 dpi is plenty CT... save some bandwidth for the many many pics to come.

Peace- OD
