liquid fence?
permalink

has anyone used this? My dad has actully been using it for the shrubs and bushes in the yard and it works really well.

Im currently using green fence, hair and i make sure to hold my pee till i get to my grow spot. But im still worried about deer ive seen average of 4 on the walk to the spot, they can obviously get it from the top of the fence. Im pretty sure this will work, and it says it safe for plants but what is your

im still little leary towards being safe for mj who knows, only cause you dont smoke other plants.

hotpantsdan--I haven't personally used that one. Sounds like good reviews from your dad though.

Happy Growing

I have used this product for shrubs around the place and it does work really well - if it doesn't get washed off. If it rains or you use a sprinkler, it needs to be re-applied. It still needs to be reapplied regardless after 2-3 weeks I think it is.

I have never used it on my mj and wonder if it would affect the taste. It smells putrid, like rotten eggs. I think it is made from eggs. Anyway, it really stinks.

yeah it does stink I here it goes away after ahwile. My dad has never reapplied. I still think i might use while the plants are small enough to be eaten with one bite,

damn rabbits around here are so big. They ruined a couple of huge bushes in the parents yard, eversince my dad starting useing liquid fence, no problems even with out the reapplication

Still scared of spraying on plant. So i plan to spray the veggatation around teh grow site. Hopefully this will work.

Thanks for the input sillysister

Oh! Rabbits. I have probs with deer so that is where my mind was at. I have to reapply the stuff regularly for deer because if it gets weak at all, the buggers are devouring everything in their path. Never tried it for rabbits.

My cats do a good job of keeping the rabbits in check.

yeah and deer too, rabbits in the yard. Plants are off about 5 miles away from my house. Across a large creek, some train tracks and enough spikey plants i walk home with itchy legs. I see so many deer back there but can only assume rabbits too

Ill have picutres but my camera just seems to eat batterys i need to run out and get some more.

That stuff does work well for deer and larger animals,,,, My house is surrounded by mountians so I got to watch out for tons of animals and bugs/insects,, to control the insects pure neem oil seems to work great,,, spray every 1-2 wks,,, I also buy a big bottle of crushed red pepper and spead a good layer of it around my grow spot... making sure its not to close to the bottom of my plants so it does not get it to the soil,, But it seems to do a good job of keeping all kinds of critters away!!!!!!

Lithium ion batteries, took me a while to learn that. Literally last up to 10x longer. Mine used up regular Alkaline batteries in 1 month, even if camera was never used. Reg non alkalai batteries won't even take 1 pic, says battery empty immediately on install.
