alice1967 is beginning to sprout.

the urine worked. patch remains undisturbed. appreciated. now, what do you guy think about putting out a pack of A.M.S from Green House seeds? i wanna see how these guys act 12/12 from seed, they're mostly sativa, i believe. wish i could find a cheap, feminised full sativa.

It might be a little too late. They would probably flower, but they wouldnt be big enough to support the buds.Maybe if you want to try it that bad support them with a stick or something. My advice is to save them til next year,or grow them inside.

part of why is because the light isn't being blocked from the sides anymore from sitting so low in the bucket. that's why I think they could've been bigger.

Thats what i was thinking too, although where they were at,they didnt seem to be shadowed by the buckets sides. This is just bagseed,so im unsure whether its indica or sativa. Are there any characteristics on these plants that lean towards one or the other?

can't really see which side it leans to more, at least not in my opinion. it's just looks like your average cross. thick dark green leaves for heavy indica, thin long lighter green leaves for sativa. wait till the buds come out, then I might be able to give a good guess of at least a background for the plant.

White Widow, I'd have to look back in this thread to find out how old it is exactly...it's not growing fast, that's for sure. and it's got some wind damage. heavy start for a seedling. hatched outdoors, no pre start, nothing, just a germed seed in some dirt, and set ouside. still nothing given, just doesn't seem like it needs anything yet. I'd like to try and do something to get it to grow faster...but I don't want to put any cash into it. this one is my money free plant. I got the seed from a 5 bag, and I used left over dirt with an old pot. nothing but the time to put it in the dirt is what I'm giving this plant. and food when it asks. I kind of hope it's male actually.

we'll see what it turns out to be. I'll be the test to see if you do absolutely nothing special for your late start, how well does it do? my hollands hope was a late start and I put my effort into that. you can see that in my GJ.

Keep on comin with the late starts! can't wait to see all the pictures people said they'd post.

later

haha, I think that banana is hilarious

Hello.

I've gotta question for you..
Is wind damage visibly noticable? I've been putting my little plant (8inches tall) out in the afternoon sunlight in a spot where its fairly windy because I heard wind leads to thicker shoots/branches.. And I don't want to over do it but I doubt I do becuase it only gets like an hour of wind at the same time daily. What did your wind damaged plants look like?

Thanks for your time.

if you scroll down until my last post with pictures in it, it may be on page 2, you'll see the pictures of the little plant. the top veiw you can see 2 of the leaves look like they're all cut up, that's because of the heavy winds sustained when it was only a few days old. this was consistant heavy winds of above 50 mph for hours at a time, I wouldn't worry about it. you'd be absolutely amazed how much wind MJ can withstand. wind is good, as long as it's not slicing your leaves up.

any chance of a picture?

signs of wind burn are just dryed up edges that start to brown after a day or so. the jagged edges go first.

I made it out to my late start plot this week... they're alive!

Even the barely rooted clone looks healthy, its the one way in the back. All my plants have started flowering except for the late starts of course. Yay buds are everywhere.
