alice1967 is beginning to sprout.

discingolfer - veggin under cfl's because the light cycle where i'm at outside induces flowering. If i put mine out, i'm afraid they'll flower immediately, and be all little. If they were sativa, that'd be perfect.

Wish i had somewhere I could stick these babies under full sun during the day, and bring them under lamps at night.

nwbud253 is starting to vegetate.

Alice: I agree with you. Thats why my sprouts are under light until the end of the month. then outside they go for flowering and harvest!

Dammit people, together, we're gonna harvest some pot!

Eventually.

Brief aside, you guys think a 8 week flowering indica will finish flowering outside in 8 weeks? Or does outside usually take a bit longer?

If i pulled two oz a plant this late in the season i would flip.

fresh! I've been curious about the big bang my whole life. funny think about we all started from a little ol' weed plant.

no, but I am very curious to see your results. if I got 2 oz off this white widow I just started I'd do 2 flips. I'd be happy if I got 1 oz.

and your timing question...it's quite difficult to say with any certainty. but you can be sure if it's been 8 weeks, and they're not completely done, if it's getting too cold or windy or whatever, you've still got some not too premature smoke. just count on it being 8 weeks, stop nutes 2 weeks before harvest, and watch your trichs

I understand, hopefully there is enough time between when you put them out and the first frost for the buds to mature fully. (unless you're close to the equator)

My excuse for the cfls is that my plants are going to a guerilla location which I only visit once a week. I'm going to let them root as fully as possible in their 12 oz cups then throw em out in a cage for the remainder of the season.

Luckily out on the west coast here, I won't have to worry about frost until late december on january... plenty of time for me. Hahaha I can just picture my jar full of Satori, a zip per late start plant and 2-3 from my big one... I'll be set for the winter

This is when I start counting my chickens... gotta hope the rippers stay the hell away.

Woot! First frost here is Oct. 31. Should be able to at least flower out my first wave.. hell, if push comes to shove i'll use wall-o-waters or cloches on my second wave to keep them warm. Have to keep my eye on the extended forecast when the time comes.

update...

The seedlings are moving along well. Just went out for my weekly visit to the grow location today and set up their cage. So everything is all ready for them now. They go out next week

Here's a peek into the grow box. 2 Satoris made it, 1 Williams Wonder, and 2 Blue mystic clones. The bigger one has rooted nicely, the smaller just threw out some roots the other day... taking forever.

Hopefully the Satoris will grow up to be like this one... just showed preflowers, looks female but no hairs have emerged yet, so I should be able to tell for sure next week.

Hope everyone's late starts are progressing... it's getting real late now!
