Hi, my friends, long time no post, I know, been busy, lot going on.

Can you spot the plants? If not, good. First pic is 5 phenos of White Russian x Texada Timewarp, second is some misc stuff, a couple Purple Urkle, a Jamaican, a Rosetta Stone, and maybe a Cotton Candy, I think third is some misc too, note the 2 no-branch 7 1/2 week Cherry Malawis on the left, their sister plants from the same seeds are branchy, 15 week pure sativas, go figure.

Here is a little updated on my plot, it's been about 2 weeks since I last visited and they seem to be doing pretty good. Last time I went I treated them with bug spray and it seemed to help alittle but they did need more. The only thing I can really see on them though is white flies. The tallest one now is about 7 foot, the fence is about 2 foot tall if you can see that for reference. I planted all of em a little to close there really starten to crowd each other, but I'm sure there will be some males so it will thin out here soon. So far I can tell one of them is for sure a female, and one I'm pretty sure is a male the other 6 I can't tell either way. I figure in the next few weeks i'll know for sure

i posted this in my thread but i think it will get a responce here.
Family Thomisidae. Commonly called crab spiders (you are not the first one to notice the similarity to crabs). As for genus/species I don't know. Good little critter to have around on your plants, harmless to us humans, but effective predators on insects.

It does sound like you got the kc version of mango but then again there could be other seedbanks with mango as well as those two. Both these mangos go purplish at the end of their cycle and look stunning indoors or out. BCmango is one of my favorites and is by far my favorite indica. Very flavourful. mango with hints of black hash throughout. The structure of these girls are very hardy. I cant ait to see pictures of them in the fall to see the colour change
Oh man, you are getting me excited for harvest time Lacy!

This is true. Besides the archives of information in threads, you have some real master growers on here that can advise you.

Love the stone wall on the barn in the background Tripps. That garden has serious character. Is that a beagle? I notice they take more of an interest to plants than other breeds. Sometimes a very destructive interest!

Lacy/Healing Nation

I have 11 different strains growing this year, (thanks to good friends with clones)
Mango, (BC), 3 different Amstel-Freeze crosses, 2 with mitey mite, (already in flower and supposed to be harvestable by late August!), these are very small plants just like Northern Lights, Choc chunk, (100% Indica), Cali x Chunk , grapefruit, and Rene.

Rene i am hoping will be my prizewinner for potency and taste....this is a rare clone only strain.

I am in Eastern Ontario....seasons are short....always grew out my own afghani strains, as they were a dependable finish by first of Oct. (as healing noted, mold can be a big issue in these dense buds....)

SO Lacy, like you, I am looking to diversify, and thus trying new and different strains.

Unless you have an autoflower variety or a real early finsh sativas, for my location, i am thinking i need to stick with Indica/Sativa crosses, somewhere around, 60/40 or perhaps 50/50.

Like you noted Lacy, sativa buds have nowhere near the density....and so mold is not a problem, but frost becomes primary concern if they need to finish up any later than mid october latest. Sunlight also can be a rarity in mid fall...

I am keeping a good diary of all my strains this year, so I can fine tune next years grow, with those that performed well.

Healing: are you an Ontario grower?

Gotta get some pics up soon.

Tripps: looking great....
