![]() ![]() ![]() | Been a long time since I have posted but here goes. Everyone seems to be having the same trouble not flowering, mine are doing the same . Started with 18 plants and I am down to 5. I crossed Purple Thunder with a Mexican brown last year for seeds got great seeds with 90% germination . Now I have 3 tall plants and 2 short ones but none are showing there sex I have a feeling that 2 are males because of there height . One is like a bush with purple leaves and there others look healthy. Sure hope they show soon times a wasting.13 of my plants sir come to high water, we had so much rain here that it drowned them out. They were standing in water for days turned yellow and died very sad day.Hope everyone has good luck with what is left of the growing season.

after a freak day of weather last week it seems I officially have flowering plants! now it's just a matter of TLC and protection...The kush is about 28" tall at this point so I'm hoping to get at least 4 footers out of those and the super silver is at least 4' already. I took some cuttings yesterday and there is still more than 12 hours of indirect sunlight so hopefully I have something to grow indoors during the "off" season. My goal is still 5-6 lbs but who knows at this point. good luck to everybody's grow!

Lacy, as far as genetics go I have no idea. I purchased the little girl as a clone from a club in nor cal. When I got her she was about 4" tall and that was on 6/16/09... As far as growing goes she is a tyrant as she is towering over my Kush clones which I've had since early/mid May. I just took a cutting but this is my THIRD time trying my luck at cloning with maximum failure so far. New methods, wish me luck ![]()

So are you trying to take a clone from the outdoors ? If you are trying to do it from outside then you are best to do it at dawn or dust when the sun is the dimmest, otherwise just the temps alone might choke any attempt. What if you had some damp soil mix in a container, took the cloning gel or whatever you use, a shape razor and then when the weather cools off, go in, snip your clones, put them in the container to bring home. Not sure how that would work but I have wondered the same thing with my outdoor ones but have never actually tried it. However I just might. Good luck greenman. Don't forget to come back and show us all some updates.
