![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | These two kush plants have some time to go but looking forward to some dense nugs on these two. ![]() Lots of staking with everything else and not long to go now. I was thinking late October but im seeing amber on some buds now and 7-10 days may be all I need.

Alright so as I've been saying I have about a dozen other plants that I haven't bothered to show on here. Heres one of the small purple ones.. ![]() Not much on it.. but lots of sticky and smell ![]() Heres another clone on its own. ![]() Big girls are still out there. I probably harvested a half an ounce yesterday not including 4 more bigger plants. All the leaves had gone brown and crispy on a few another plant I have so I harvested them as well, before they went moldy. ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | yea they seem to have reached that point when they start to explode. approaching 5 weeks. have some ak47 in there and white russian I think it is. i asked for more g13 but none of that looks characteristic of the stuff that Ive grown and seen before. clones went through a 3rd party so I duno if they got mixed and I got more/less of the others. hopfully it dries up and I can get them into week 7 - 8 without any rot issues this year Last edited by shrubz; 09-28-2009 at 12:18 PM..

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Congratulations on the harvested plants lucky27. Tough luck out there right now for a lot of us outdoor growers. Rained 4 times last week here and they are calling for more tonight and later this week. Winds are pushing 50 miles an hour here and will be followed by overnight temperatures in the mid 30s these next few days. So close.....yet so far away.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Yea thanks Nug thug. Im debating harvesting the remaining plants today. I think at best I can squeeze 4 or 5 more days out of them. Its cooled down quite a bit now and is supposed to rain of and on all week. Ya my gut tells me its time to chop them down before the moisture sets in. Not going to get much more out of them. I'll take some pics and post when I get back from the bush today.. wish me luck!

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | seeing some killer looking plants in here peeps. good work. just for shits and giggles i decided to throw my hindu kush mom in the back corner close to some other plants. i figure we've been having a lot warmer winters lately so we might not get a frost til late. i'm hoping to get her through november. this is just an experiment to see what the "kush bush" can do. ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Well I can't complain. This is the best harvest I've ever had, outdoors. Although the results would have been better with a more adapt strain. This strain had no mold what so ever. One spider mite in the whole crop.I used a garlic/canola oil maceration in spray I applied at the beginning of flower. Lots of crystal..mostly cloudy. Pretty sleepy high. Nice fruity bubblegum taste. One plant all the leaves were yellow and crispy taste excellent. ![]() I think probably 2 ounces dry. I'll get a couple macro pics of those purple nugs dry before i smoke them ![]() I can only imagine what curing would do. Sadly I doubt I'll have most of this long enough to cure! ![]() First few plants I harvested on 27th are already dry enough to smoke in a joint because there was no rain for so long. Second round I got in on the 28th just before the rain hit! I fit as much as I could into brown paper bags and put them in my backpack. Tried to keep the strains separate. Can hear the fat lady singing

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Winds came back today at 15-20 mph requireing me to check my staking and untangle some buds. Three look close to finish maybe another week but they are still drinking the water and fattening up, so I will leave them alone for now. Two OG Kush plants look to need 2-3 weeks. A few others im not sure may need 7-10 days. My scopes showing lots of cloudy on a few plants and amber starting to show as well. As an indoor grower I must admit I rarely see the amber trich's associated with outdoor bud. I think it's next to impossible to get amber to the same extent indoors as growing the bud outside. I have flowered strains indoors for 9-10 weeks and encountered very few amber trich's. Wonder why?
