I accidently left two outdoor ladies in the flower room for what its been 3-4days, and pulling them out tomorrow on my lunch break so they can stay in veg...is this time period of 3-4days gonna be significant enough to cause any issues?

You will probably be fine, but ultimately depends on the strain, especially if the particular plants are healthy, there won't be a problem.
maybe a little leaf deformation and at worst one could hermie if it is already stressed from nutes or temps.
Ideally there is a dark period in your veg room and the flower rooms' dark period coincides with it and thereby reduces the stress......

both are roughly 1.5-2.5 feet tall, in ocean forest soil with extra perlite and no nutes added or given...very healthy last time i saw them.. pure power, and super skunk

I concur with Siestam 3-4 days shouldn't cause you any real problems.

yeah 3-4 days in there should be ok... in the beginning of the growing season outside the days are sometimes less than 12 hours light... depending on where you are at in the world...
