I'm majorly sorry I couldn't get a pic of this, you all should have seen it.

Half-hour ago I take some trash out through my basement entrance. On my way back in I notice a box I'd left there some time ago, it was full of junk and trash that needed sorting. A lot of the contents was dryer lint and used softener sheets, over which I had emptied a dustpan full of mixed sawdust, regular dust, dog hair and dirt. I'm sure you can see what's coming here...

Three little plants, a bit more than seedlings! all about 4 inches tall, third set of leaves. We've had a lot of rain here so all the accumulated mess was very wet, but not so soggy as to rot these babies.
Well I just couldn't trash them, after they struggled so hard to start their lives, could I? I took them over to a semi-secluded spot in my flower/rock/water garden and put them in the ground. When gently removing them from the junk I was surprised to see that two of them had rooted right through dryer sheets! Had to plant with the sheets left there, tons of little hair roots were very entangled in it.

If they survive the bugs and slugs, I will trim heavily and keep them as low and blending in as possible. If they are too blatant then they will have to go. No ferts, let me see how well my naturally improved soil works for them.

[Parentage: I don't know if they are from schwag bag seed or from the few seeds I got out of last grow: mom white rhino, dad ??? Some plant hermied on me but I never found the culprit. It had to be late in the grow as I only collected 20 or so seeds, but found a few more here and there while filling the bowl. I often smoke in the basement so I can see losing track of a few seeds down there and having them end up in the garbage.]

Perhaps pics later, if I can take some that seem safe to me. No plan to make journal of this, perhaps a periodic update.
