Just sent the GF out to ride herd on the hispanic blow and go guys that invade my backyard every second Thurs. Sounds insane doesnt it. Obviously my GF doesnt stay abreast of security precautions we all hold dear like dont let strangers on your property. Different guys show up that are relatives of the #1 Hispanic. This puts GF at great risk should something happen and she lets me know she is tired of my threats. I assured her if rippers visit my plot, it will be a situation she created by being lax and to discontinue the gardening service until the end of October. I need to rearange things prior to their visit to prevent them from wandering off course into the part of my yard where my plants are but they (plants) are in plain view. I hope this does not become my undoing but I will defend my patch more than the moderators will allow me to articulate here on these forums.

Time Release ferts

Hey Random

Have you considered using some time release ferts for your plants. I have used American Pride (Fox Farms) for my stealth plant grows for a few years. Easily feeds them all they need for a couple of weeks...even during flower....its great for stealth because all you need is just the 4Lb bag....work it into the soil for the top few inches and water in....or just let the rain water in.

Saves the hassle of mixing teas etc...and eliminates site visits

kawliga, I put a decent amount of osmocote + soil moist at the bottom of the hole I dug before I filled with a soil mixture filled with goodies and such.. I was hoping that would be enough but apparently not. I will have to check out the product you're talking about. I definitely could be getting a lot more growth out of my ladies if they weren't hungry.

Your buds are coming pretty nicely swordfish. Cant see where you thought they were moving slow. You aughta see mine.. lol They are HALF that far into flower and some have been out since May.

I did however finally get around to cutting the male plant.

I been out of town working for 3 days and i went to check again and all of them are putting out more pistils except that one. Which is still just little leaf clusters and strange, ballish lookin shapes.

May have been a really odd female or a hermi. I dunno. Either way.. it isnt there now.

Just playing it safe.

I hear ya. I hired some "undocumented" workers to help me in my yard last year and they accidentally discovered my outdoor plants. I feared that they would come back for them in the middle of the night, but it never happened. They had more respect for me than I gave them credit for. Had they been born here I bet they would have come back for them. I think they just didn't put the value on them that "Americans" do.
I'd be sleeping back there in a tent if I were you.

Gardners are laid off for three months because I wouldnt stop bitching about how dumb it is to put your ass (gf) at risk because of the reasons ive brought up before. My persistance paid off. GF threatened me with a restraining order for threats but that was all in jest and good humor.
