![]() | Yeah i googled it after i asked, should have before. I found a picture of a plant named "bub" which gave me a good idea of what LST is. I've known that it's sort of like a muscle so bending it is good, I just never got all technical with it. In fact i just cross my fingers, keep my hands clean, and hope i get some good smoke.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | This was one of the two girls i thought of entering in your friendly contest SWORDFISH ![]() Its been rainy, and shes still going strong. The weather has given way to bright sun and she is growing like nothing else now. Lookin a bit sativa so i could be a while waiting to weigh yeilds for the final count here, but ive got high hopes for her. Pic was from 4th of July. She still has another 5-6 weeks of growing to go before she goes into full flowering. In any case... heres my contestant..

Everythings comeing along nicely. Wish I could have dug these holes deeper, but it was solid rock two feet down and received many a blister trying to maddox/wrecking bar/post hole digger and hammer and chisel to get down that far. I bulbed out the bottom of the holes, so they were fairly wide at the bottom for roots. By all indications the plants you see here are female. Confidence in that department is evidenced by a few pistols here and there, barely detectable at this point. Hate to be made the fool later on after posting shots of these plants. That would have been alot of crowing over nothing I suppose. Unless your looking for male plants lol.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Looking good sword. You deffinately have a few more runners than i do i think. I only have one other plant that could make a close runner up to the one in my picture. Maybe ill toss that on up here for you guys to have a look at too. Its in my grow journal already but this thread seems to be more visited, and by all respects it should be here to make its entry official. ![]() Keep up the good work. They all look really promising man. So long as no hermies sneak into your grow i think you could pull off 1Lb plants.

i think sword definably has the edge on us all. this is my 1st year growing and although mine may or may not hit a pound its still early to say. swordd is going to be a hard guy to beat on this cause he has so many beautiful plants. way to go man. legalize and lets keep this beautiful competition going maybe one day make it more of a main stream competition. so we can all see the beauty of these plants in person and maybe have a toke contest too. that would be my dream through all of this
