Here's my outdoor monster for the season. She's almost my height and just starting to show signs of flowering.

An lb? She's a Durban Poison, pure sativa, so I donno, but a couple ounces at least if she makes it to harvest.

I got a couple plants that could make it to a Lb.

I may be optimistic but there are at least two girls that are strong enough and branchedd off enough to maeki there.

Only contributing factor being the fact athhtey are both sativas as well.

the harvest on htem will be a few months out at best. Ihope imake it to the end of October..

I believe my plants are safe now after loosing some lower branchs to a rabbit. The weather for me has been great. Triple digits all week and more to come. Plants are chugging along in the heat just fine and require lots of water with all the hot weather.
Most are waist high with alot of potential to get bigger. Im going to be satisfied if they finish at eye level. Cant report any insect invasions with the exception of an occasional grasshopper that I pluck off. Only seen a couple of small ones so maybe ill be lucky this year.
Several in containers are bag seed and are begining to show some pre-flowers but I doubt they will qualify for the contest.
Still a long ways off but at least I can sleep more soundly knowing the rabbits are done running down their shit in my yard. Ive examined every square inch of fencing and have traps at the base of my plants with fresh apples that I replenish daily.
The last rabbit baked in the sun as a consequence of thinking he was going to have a free lunch of my plants. The next one will suffer the same fate as well.
If he's lucky ill spot him and release him if im not working and have the time in the day to go check. Im certainly not going to put a water bowl in the trap to comfort the friggin rabbit until I can relocate them somewhere else however.

Im laughing so hard it hurts right now swordfish!

I dont blame you man. If they made there way into the wrong place at the wrong time, so be it.

Id let em go if i was around but i have similar live traps here in the garage and most of the time ive used them the poor bastards that ended up in them met the same bitter end.(of course here its usually cold weather exposure, not hot)

Guess its best for them to learn not to chomp on peoples grass!

On another note... the girl i put up for your contest here was in fact a bagseeder. The second girl i didnt post pic of here but is in my journal is also... a bagseeder..

They werent anything purchased, but came from some PRIMO smoke of a close friends dad.

I know they arent proven dutch genetics but im putting alot of faith in these sweeties and im hoping they at least make into the running.

Even if they dont top of all the competition, i think they will put at least a couple folks behind.

He's way to mellow for that. He will chase rabbits but his age and inclination keep him napping on a bed most of the day. I would need a Jack Russel terrier instead of this golden retriever for a yard assignment. Certain dogs are better than others.

i guess this is true. i have a pure bred border collie and he does a fine job out running the rabbits. so far we havent seen him kill any yet but i have found a dead rabbit in the yard from time to time. usually he just loves the thrill of out running them. he isnt outside at night thought. i dont know why i havent had any problems with rabbits on my plants, i guess the lettuce and carrots are a better choice for them.
